Panasonic to reveal its iris reader with recognition in 0.3 seconds

Panasonic revealed its high-speed iris reader ‘BM-ET200’ during ASIS International 2007, which obtains recognition results in 0.3 seconds after eye position alignment with the mirrors.Supporting up to 25-user license, the biometric technology for iris recognition features two embedded cameras that can be adjusted to accommodate users from 152cm to 180cm.
